Stupidity

The members of the ruling class disagree with the concept of stupidity. The idea that some are less smart than others rubs them up the wrong way. It clashes with their hallowed concept of sameness, so they have a golden rule that no one shall be referred to as stupid, dim-witted, thick, dense, dull etc.. No one.

Except, of course, Ronald Reagan. Reagan was stupid. George Bush is stupid. Margaret Thatcher, Silvio Berlusconi, Ehud Olmert . . . stupid, stupid, stupid . . .
